Argus Property Partners’ Debt & Development Funds
To date, Argus Property Partners has invested $81 million, across nine debt and development funds, into a range of residential development projects. These funds have co-invested along with our development partners, selected by us due to their high level of experience, integrity and shared values.
To date, in all our completed development funds, investor returns have been in-line with, or exceeded, the original return expectation.
Key features of our debt and development funds are:
- Partnering with experienced developers with a commitment to trust and shared values
- Shorter term investments targeting total returns to investors of more than 20% per annum
- Investment of preference equity capital into development projects
- Deal structures which secure our investors’ capital through priority returns
- Targeting development projects with adequate risk adjusted returns
- Projects to satisfy key property fundamentals including location, access to transport, price point and planning approvals
